GGC Reversible Cast Iron Grill

Hey there, I'm Sarah with WTI. Do you enjoy grilling as much as I do? I'm always looking for ways to make grilling more versatile and especially in the summer months when I don't want to heat up my kitchen. With the addition of this cast iron reversible griddle from GGC, I'm able to cook almost my entire meal outside on my grill. So whether I want to grill on the flat surface of the griddle or reverse it and use the raised surface, I can cook meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit with no problem. Because it's a griddle, I'm not going to lose smaller pieces in the grill, but it doesn't take up the entire surface of my grill. I got the size that is 16 by 14, so it only uses half of my grill space. So whether you want to cook on your traditional grill or on an open fire at your campsite, it's going to protect your food items from the open flame, so they're not going to dry out as easily, but you're going to get an excellent cooking surface and those seared lines that are traditional when it comes to grilling your food. And without losing any of those little pieces in the grill, I'm really happy with the addition of this grill plate. I know I'm going to be using it year -round whenever I'm cooking outside. I also love the fact that it has an edge all the way around to catch drippings, and so you're not getting that down on the grill itself. I use an infrared grill, so there is not an open flame on my food. This griddle works perfectly and heats up excellently. I did season it according to the directions before I used it, and I am very pleased with the way it's been working. I found it to be easy to clean and easy to use. So if you love to grill but you want to make your grill more versatile, I highly recommend adding this reversible cast iron griddle, and that is my point of view.
