It's the Garnier Skin Active, clearly brighter, anti-dark circle eye roller. As you can see, this is a very light tinted oil-free product. So it's great because even if you have very bad dark circles, this provides a great tint that sort of proves as like a color corrector and then you can put your concealer on afterward.
