I even sometimes will put this in the refrigerator and it just it feels so soothing and cool underneath your eyes and it takes just a few minutes and you could visibly notice and you can actually feel like the puffiness going away from your eyes. This has been a great product for me. I love the fact that it's budget friendly so it doesn't break the bank, but it works. I have recommended it to many of my friends and they feel the same way. So if you have puffy eyes, this is a product that I highly recommend. However, that is just my point of view.
