This is the Garnier Skin Active Micellar Clancing Water, all in one waterproof, but it does remove makeup. So they recommend shaking it up to get it activated and sudsy. Then I pour it on a cotton swab and let's see how easy it is for my makeup to come off. So I rub it on. It doesn't smell like anything. It just feels like water on my face, my photosensitive face, but this doesn't give me any kind of reactions and you can see my makeup came off really easy. Now I'm going to flip the side over to take off my eye makeup. So I had concealer on, eyeshadow, mascara, liner, and it takes it all off really easily. I really, really like this micellar cleansing water. It doesn't bother my sensitive skin. It doesn't make me dry. It just really helps me to feel soothed and with a clean, fresh face at the end of the day.
