Our Point of View on Garden of Life Probiotic Supplements From Amazon

Hey it's Juliet from WTI and I want to talk about my favorite probiotic. And that is the Garden of Life Primal Defense Ultra. So I liked this package first of all because it came with bonus free pills. It came with $216 for the price of $180 which I don't know, I like that. I always like getting free things. But I really do love this probiotic because it makes me feel good. I started taking this one a few months ago and I noticed a big difference in how I feel. I feel like I've been less bloated and my stomach just in general feels better. And I'm someone who suffers with a lot of stomach issues. I also noticed that when I do eat dairy, which I shouldn't, it's less of a problem. I think because my gut health is better. Not that I'm recommending you do that but this has been really great for me. The size is just your average capsule size and it is a dark color. That is one thing that surprised me but that is completely normal for it to be this color unlike the other probiotics you may have tried. It's easy to swallow, easy to take and it has made me feel really good. I'm going to keep taking this for the foreseeable future and maybe you could give it a try too and that's my point of view.
