Gaiam Relax Massage Ball Rollers

Hi, I'm Kayla with WTI and who wouldn't love a little extra help for muscle recovery or just a little massage for relaxation? This hand massager from Gaiam has been awesome to help soothe my achy muscles. This hand massager is a really nice, convenient and small size. So the handle itself fits so comfortably in my hand. I really like that it has 10 inches different rolling balls and I especially like that they roll individually. So if you look closely here, you can see when I roll them, it's all separate. So it's not one solid movement, but each roller ball hits your muscles in a different way. I really like how convenient it is to just grab this and roll it along a few sore muscles. Personally, I really like to use it along my neck in my shoulder, just like this, to just release some of the tension that I hold there and just get a nice pressured massage from the roller balls. I also like to use this on my legs. It really promotes good circulation in my leg and helps to just reduce that tension, applying a little bit of the hand massage pressure. This hand massager is so convenient and I really, truly love the wooden design of it. It is the perfect solution for a quick tool to just help you release some of that muscle tension, but that's just my point of view.
