Hey, I'm Sarah with WTI and this is my favorite yoga block. It's from Gaiam. I really love the fact that it has these smooth beveled edges. It's not sharp, which means it's comfortable wherever I happen to grab it or lean on it. I like the fact that it's super lightweight, but it's very stable. It's extremely grippy when you have it down on your yoga mat. So I know that whatever moves I'm using it for or if I feel really tight and I need a little extra help in my stretches, this is going to help me and also make me feel stable. There's nothing worse than not being able to do a move or feeling too tight and you grab your yoga block and then it slips around underneath you. But this one doesn't slip. It's very grippy. It's very secure, but also soft. It has a little bit of give, so I find it to be comfortable and I think the colors are just fabulous. So I'm really pleased with this yoga block and that is my point of view.
