Our Point of View on Gaia Herbs Oil of Oregano Capsules From Amazon

Hello, I'm Nina with WTI. I have here my oil of oregano. I love this stuff. I take it in the winter. If I feel like I'm a little achy, I might be coming down with something or preemptively if I know I'm going to be around a lot of people. Even if I don't get enough sleep and I feel like my immune system is a little bit down, I'll take this and I feel like it fixes me. I love this stuff. I also take it if I'm going to go on a plane, something like that. This is pretty strong. When I take a capsule later, it could be like two hours later, I'll hiccup and I'll still kind of like, oh, it'll be oregano on my breath, which I think tastes good, smells good. I'll show you the size of the capsule. It's pretty small. It is a gel cap, so it goes down really well. You can see the oil in there. This stuff is so awesome. They say it's good for fighting things off, but also it's good for your gut. If you have any microbial issues, this works really well. It is strong, so I don't take it all the time. I kind of save it for when I feel like I need it. I love it. That is my point of view.
