And when I first decided I was going to try a more plant-based whole foods kind of way of eating, this is the book that I went to. And what I love about it so much is that it literally does exactly that. It gives you a plan step by step. So it's not overwhelming. If you're looking to kind of go more plant-based whole foods in the way that you're eating, this book is such a nice tool. So it has week one where it just helps you to kind of tackle your breakfast. And then week two is lunch. And then week three, transition to dinner. Week four is kind of fine tuning that new lifestyle that you're working at. So I love it because it's not just recipes. It's literally like a step by step plan and guidance on how to make this successful because that can be a really tough change, especially if you're coming from a lifestyle that's totally different. And then it provides you with all of the recipes that you need. And I love this because sometimes when you start cooking more plant-based, the ingredients can seem a little complicated and a little overwhelming, but these recipes really break it down and help you to make these super, super delicious meals that you might be really surprised are so tasty. If you're new to a plant-based way of eating and it really helps you to understand how to use these ingredients and how to make the most out of these meals and make them super fun and flavorful. So I love this book so much. I love it for learning how to eat a more plant-based whole food lifestyle and it has really fantastic recipes to guide you through that. That's just my point of view.
