If you know what grounding is, you know really how important it is for the body and this is why I got this pair of shoes. Where we live, it is very rainy and wet for a good time of the year and I found out on my walks I wasn't slipping or sliding. These are quick drying so when my feet did get wet, I didn't feel like my feet were sitting in wet shoes. All day, they did dry pretty quickly. I found that these shoes also were great for working out, stretching. It just gave me that extra stability and gripping that I did need. I think it's great that it comes with an arch support if needed. I found that these were easy to clean up so don't be afraid to get wet. I absolutely love the clean look and it really goes with any outfit but of course it comes with many other colors as well.
