Fondussimo Electric Fondue Sets

Hey there, I'm Katie with WTI. If you're tired of saying no to fondue night because dairy upsets the tummy, then you really need to check out this fondue pot by Fondussimo. It is specifically made for broth type fondues, so you can create a wonderful fondue experience without any dairy at all. I recently had some girls over for a fondue night and I found a recipe for an Italian bouillon. This pot is really unique in that it has these drain baskets. You put your food into the basket, you dip it into the broth, and then you can sit it on the edge in order to let it drain. I found this really convenient because we could all get our food into the pot at the same time if we wanted, and then by allowing it to drain out, we didn't have to worry about making a big mess. This heats up so fast. It makes it nice if you want to prepare your broth ahead of time and refrigerate it, and then when it's party time, sit it on the heating element and it'll heat right up. I also really liked the way that the plug-in is set up. It has a magnet on it to keep it attached, but it will also come undone if someone should perhaps trip over a cord because there is nothing worse than getting an Italian marinara broth all over your floor, but with this magnet you don't have to worry about that. If someone trips over it, the cord is going to quickly detach from the heating element. I really love the variety of recipes that the company gives you to try out both with and without dairy so that you can cater to your needs, and I can't wait to have more fondue parties because let me tell you, I have been missing out, but that's just my point of view.
