Our Point of View on Five Roses All Purpose Enriched Flour From Amazon

Hey everyone, it's Sinead from WTI. So today I'm making some gnocchi using this all-purpose flour made by Five Roses. Now this is a staple in my pantry because it's great for cooking and baking. It comes pre-sifted so you don't have to worry about it being clumped when you open up the bag and it's very easy to work with. So let's go ahead and make some gnocchi. So I'm making my gnocchi by combining roasted sweet potato, ricotta cheese, parmesan, and of course our flour. Once the ingredients are well combined, I then knead the dough very lightly and form it into the shape of what looks like a loaf of bread. Next I divide the dough into slices about one inch thick and then I roll out those slices into the shape of a rope. This tends to be the most time consuming part but I find that the dough using this flour is very easy to work with. Now the final step is to cut your rope into bite-sized pieces. As you can see my toddler wanted to get in on the action as this is really fun to make. And there you have your beautiful gnocchi. Can't wait to eat this.
