The average size is about 35 ounces so it makes it really convenient if you're trying to keep your portions under control. They also come with this really neat lid because it is hinged and leak proof. And even if you're not doing meal prep, if you're just looking for a good storage container that is going to be leak proof, for example, I've got some soup that I made earlier in the week and I don't really have to worry about it spilling. So I really enjoy that. I know a lot of us are trying to stay away more and more from plastics, especially if they contain BPA. So the fact that it is a glass container, you know that it's going to be safe and then also the lid itself is BPA free. So that just makes it better for us and our families. Here are a few other things that I really like about it. These containers are even oven proof. So I used them to bake a couple of items and then I love that I can just throw them in my dishwasher. So the versatility of these containers is really what has me sold and that is my point of view.
