Our Point of View on Filtrete Micro Allergen AC Filters

Joanne here from What Tools Inside and I was just about to change my AC filter and thought I would give you my opinion on these 3M filters. This is the Allergen Defense and this is just the level 800. They go up to 1500 probably even more. I just wanted something quick and easy. I'm only going to use it for a few weeks because we're doing some construction in the house. But the allergens are important to me because I do have a son with allergies. I sometimes get seasonal allergies and we have pets in the house. So what's great about these filters is you can choose the one specific to your needs based on these little charts that they have. So mold, lint, dust, pet dander, that's important to me. Smoking were non-smokers so that wasn't as important to me. And then when it's time for me to actually put in another one, when the construction is done, the dust has settled. I will upgrade but you can see the different ones they have available. And also this is a 20x20x1. They've got a bunch of different sizes. What I like to do is usually get like a six pack so I don't have to worry about it for a long time. So 3M makes good quality filters. I think we all know and love them. But that's just my point of view.
