So what I've done is I've made a hair mask out of ashwagandha powder and olive oil and I just take that hair mask and I add it to my hair and I let it sit for a few hours and then I rinse it out. This is what it looks like just in the bag so without any liquid added to it. So just a fine beige powder and so what I like about this ashwagandha powder is that it rinses out really easily. It doesn't have a smell to it and it leaves my hair feeling healthy and strong. So if you're trying to grow your hair out, I highly suggest that you try this and that's my point of view.
