I love it because it's got, well one of the reasons is that it's got a reminder here so that you can drink 32 ounces through half the day and then the other 32 in the afternoon. So that's really helpful and I actually find myself drinking a lot more water when I have this. Another thing I love is that it's got the ounces marked right here. So I use it to drink water throughout the day but also if I'm having like a recovery shake for instance right now I just worked out. I use this measurement line like eight ounces for example to mix my little shake. So I got collagen here and I just put a scoop of my collagen inside and then beverage of choice which is almond milk and then just simply fill to in my case I'm gonna go to eight ounces. There you go. Put the cap on and there you have it. I love this bottle and that's pretty much all I got to say about the Favofit. Buy one, that's my point of view.
