Hey everyone, it's Alexa here from What Told's Inside and I just wanted to share with you a stone that I have in my kitchen. It is a pizza stone. Mine's a little dirty because I use it all the time. I use it not only when I'm making pizzas but if I'm warming up frozen pizzas or if I'm making bread. Sometimes I use different cookies and different kinds of frozen foods like that. I keep it in my oven at all times unless I'm not using it in the oven then I'll take it out. Other than that it kind of lives in my oven and it preheats in there and every now and then I'll take it out to wipe it off. You aren't supposed to wash it with soap but you just wipe it off with wet rag and then you coat it with olive oil. I really have found this to come in handy when I'm baking or cooking. What I also really love is that it comes with a little metal holder. You put your stone right on here like this. It doesn't have to sit directly on your counter when it's really hot. It has a little bit of a barrier and then it's also easier to carry around because it has the two handles. I really do love that it comes with that. I just think everyone needs a pizza stone. It's a really great addition and it could be used for so many more things than just cooking pizza. That is just my point of view.
