You just pull the cord and it spins your lettuce or whatever fruit and vegetable dry. Not completely dry but man does it take the water out and then it all kind of just sits in the bottom here. You dump it out and you're ready to go. So this makes life so much easier. I love the pull cord option. I'm sure you will too especially if you just like this tour as much as I do. So I highly recommend it and that's my point of view.
