Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI here and I'm here to share with you the most awesome exercise bike. I am in love with it. Exercising is so important to me. It makes me happy. But I don't have the time to do it sometimes with my kids. So having an exercise bike in my house has been the perfect solution to making me happy. I'm going to show you a couple of cool tricks this thing does and why I like it. So there are several different speeds you can do for the bike starting from super super fast and easy to making it a little bit more difficult for you. But I really like this arm tension that they have on the bike because it gives you a little bit of a different workout that you can do. And I really like that. Here I'm just showing you there are three different ways that you can position the bike. So you can put the bike all the way down low as you see right here. And as the video progresses you can see how close up it gets. So this is really good for working different areas and muscles of your body and your legs, which I like. And this is super convenient to have in any house because you can eventually close it all the way up and tuck it away in a nice neat little area. It's just such a great bike to have.
