Hi, it's Tasha with WTI. I cannot get enough of this cushion mat. It is such a soft cushion mat which highly absorbs any pain that I may feel while exercising or stretching. It is vital for any floor exercise especially since I have a ceramic tile floor and it's extremely hard to exercise which I wouldn't be able to do on a towel or blanket. This mat is essential.
