Hi guys, Robin here with WTI. Let's go ahead and talk about the EVERYDAZE Essential Seas Conjack Jelly and this one is the Cola flavor. Once you go ahead and take out the dietary fiber and the sugar alcohol from the total carbs, you are left with one gram of carbs and then only 10 calories. So much less than if you were to have a soda or anything like that. So this is actually a really handy little thing. So right here you go ahead and you smoosh it up so you break up all the jelly. You can open it. It is safety sealed so you have it'll make a cracking noise and then you just push it up and suck on the top at the same time. And this tastes exactly like cola. So it is a little sweet but you don't get all that sugar in there as well. You can always redo it to take some for later. So I love it. I think it tastes fantastic. And for only 10 calories, I definitely recommend it. That is my point of view.
