Smart Moms Guide to Essential Oils Book

Hi, it's Gina with WTI. If you love to use essential oils like I do, then you know how important it is to know how to use things safely and effectively. I love this Smart Mom's Guide to Essential Oils by Dr. Marisa Snyder. Okay, so truth, I don't have kids. But I found that there's so much good information in here for every member of the family. One of my favorite sections in the book is on green cleaning. I've used a lot of the recipes in that section to make my own cleaning products so that I can cut down on toxins in the home. There's lots of different roll on bottle recipes and ways to adapt it for diffusing or diluting it down for children. One of my favorite roll on bottle recipes is the Let It Go Blend and the Superwoman Blend. You can see that I've used it a lot of times because I've marked up my book. So if you're looking for a comprehensive guide to essential oils, that breaks it down into language that we all understand and gives you suggestions on easy ways to implement them in your life and use them for your friends and family, then I do recommend the Smart Mom's Guide to Essential Oils. And that's my point of view.
