ER KANG Power Cage

Hey guys, it's Alicia with WTI. Are you looking to build a home gym and really maximize your space? Well, this power cage from ER KANG can do just that. This is so much more than a squat rack. It is an entire home gym in one. It has a really small footprint for the amount of things that you can do with this. It's awesome. So it is made with a two by two inch steel tubing. So it's really strong and durable with a weight capacity of 1200 pounds, which is plenty for most home gym users. So I have it here in a very small garage gym space on a five by seven mat. And you can see that it fits entirely on that mat with extra room. So it is a really small space, but you can do so much. This came with 17 different accessories. So no matter what you are looking to accomplish in your workout, you can do it with this. There's so many things you can do. So not only is it a solid squat rack, but you have a pulley system with an upper and a lower. So you can do your rows, your lat pull downs. It even comes with a bar to stabilize your legs when you're doing your pull downs. It has your super solid multi grip pull up bar. It has dip bars, a landmine attachment, pegs for resistance bands. It even has storage pins for your weights. This pulley system is incredibly smooth. It works really, really well. And it's really, really easy to do. And I also love that this was super easy to put together. So it had the most detailed instructions I have seen on any workout equipment. And they were really easy to follow. And it even split up your hardware into each step. So you knew exactly what pieces you were going to be using. And it went together so fast. Once you've got it together, you are good to go. There's so many things you can do with this. And I have really enjoyed working out with this machine. So no matter what fitness level you are, you can have such a variety of workouts because of all the accessories that come with it, all of the different functions. So I would definitely recommend this one for anyone who's looking for a really versatile home gym setup. And that's my point of view.
