So I really like to add a ton of ice to it and I will let the ice melt down just a little bit so that it is a little easier. It is more thin because this is a pretty thick shake. On other days, I love to use this as a base for smoothies and it tastes so good in a smoothie. I really just love the flavor of this shake and it does have 350 calories so that is perfect for people who are struggling to meet their caloric needs or if you are trying to get into a surplus and you are struggling, I highly recommend this shake. Make sure that the ingredients are okay for you personally but if they are, then I cannot recommend this enough and this is the vanilla flavor which is my favorite and that is my point of view.
