e.l.f Hydrating Face Primer

Hey everybody, it's Brooke with WTI. I have the secret to making your makeup last all day long. It's this e.l.f. hydrating face primer. It has been a game changer for my makeup without breaking the bank. Even when I'm using my cheapest foundation, this makes my face look fresh all day long. I love that it's not just a regular primer, it's hydrating. So my face feels so soft and smooth after I put this on and it is amazing. I love the feel of it and it's so fresh.
