I'm Diana with WTI and today I'm sharing with you your next new favorite primer. This is the e.l.f. Cosmetics Illuminating Face Primer. I use this as a base for my skin care and makeup. As you can see, there was a lip here. I just took it off and it's this nice pump which I really like and I like the fact that a little goes a long way when it comes to this primer. This place a little bit on my finger. I don't know if you can see that but it's got a little sheen to it which I really like. It adds to that glowy effect. A little goes a long way when it comes to primer. I really just love the smooth silky texture. It just glows on so amazing like butter. Oh, it's gorgeous. I love it. I really do love this primer. I feel like it really sets my face up for my concealer, my foundation. I don't wear a ton of makeup so I do like the fact that it's lightweight. It doesn't feel heavy or like oh layer one, layer two, layer three. I really do appreciate that about e.l.f. Cosmetics.
