Hey, I'm Megan with WTI. Raise your hand if you have stiff muscles, poor posture, or a sore neck, shoulders, and or back. Check, check, check, check, check for me. That's why I got this Dr.Cohen's AccuBall and I'm so happy I did because I can treat all those problems naturally just with one product. The AccuBall heats up one of two ways. You can either boil it for about 10 minutes or you can heat it in the microwave for one minute on the stand that they provide. Both options give you one hour of heat. So at the end of a long work day, if I've been on my computer a lot, I like to lie down on my yoga mat and use this just under my neck for about three minutes to relieve the tension. If you're unsure of where to accurately place the heatable AccuBall, there is an app you can download. As soon as you click on the body part that is hurting in the app, it's going to have a video pop up that demonstrates where exactly you need to place it for the most effective treatment. So I just finished using this AccuBall on my glutes. They were really tight after one of my runs and I can't believe what a difference this has made. There is no more tightness or soreness and that's just after using this for three minutes on each glute. I am in love with this thing and I think you will too. Your body is going to thank you for it and that's my point of view.
