DHPO Artisan Series Coffee Dripper

Hello, it's Alicia with WTI and I want to show you guys an amazing little coffee brewer that is going to make you feel like you are a barista at home. This is the DHPO Artisan Pour Over Coffee Maker. And there's a lot of really amazing features about this coffee maker. First of all, it is beautiful to look at. It has this gorgeous design to it. I really love the matte black color. And beyond that, it's very functional and it gives you amazing coffee. It has this cone shape which slows the water down so it doesn't run through too quickly. So you get a really nice extraction and gives you a really nice full body cup of coffee. This is a heavy duty ceramic. It's thick walled. So not only is it durable, but that helps you to retain your water temperature so that water stays nice and hot all the way through your brewing time. And that helps to give you better coffee as well. So it's very simple to use. You pop in your filter. Then you want to rinse the filter with hot water to prepare it for having good contact with your coffee beans. And once you put your coffee grounds in, you let them bloom. And that's really fun to watch, actually. So what you do is pour a little bit of hot water over, let it sit for about 30 seconds, and you're going to see those grounds expand as they open up. So because of this design of the pour over coffee maker, you're going to be able to pour the hot water over in a very slow and controlled manner, which is what you want to increase your brew time and get a full extraction on all those grounds. So what I love about pour over coffee is that it's so smooth. I feel like it is less bitter than a drip coffee. I feel like it just has so much more flavor. So if you're looking for a pour over coffee maker, I would recommend this one from DHPO. It is well made. It's high quality. It gives you amazing coffee. And it's also beautiful.
