With a quick twist you can adjust the hooks to the appropriate level for each bike you are intending to hold up. It's really easy to change. Once you have those in place all you need to do is go ahead and lift your bike and place it onto the hooks. Gravity does its job by holding it down in place so it doesn't fall away from the wall.
