Transcript
Hey guys, Rachel here with WTI. I have a loose leaf tea that I've been drinking almost every day lately. I really love the blend. It's by David T and it's called Mother's Little Helper. So I like the combination of this tea. It's a very relaxing tea. There isn't caffeine in it. And notes of peppermint come strongly through. It doesn't just have peppermint, it has lemongrass, hibiscus, which gives it a nice pink flavor. It also has chamomile, rose hips, valerian roots. So it's a very nice relaxing blend. I like having it in the wintertime when it's cold out, before bed. It's very soothing. So this is a 2 ounce bag. I ordered 4 ounces so I got 2 bags in total. It's very easy to prepare the loose leaf tea. All I do is pick 1 teaspoon and I'll add that to water that's around 200 degrees Fahrenheit, around 16 ounces. And I'll let that steep for about 3-4 minutes and then drain my leaves and that's it. So if you're looking for a relaxing tea, something that is caffeine free, I highly recommend this tea from David's Tea. It's Mother's Little Helper. That's my point of view.
