Our Point of View on Cuisinart Mini-Prep Food Processors

Hi, it's Kirsten from WTI and welcome to my kitchen. Today I'm showing the Cuisinart Mini Plus Food Processor. So I love how small this food processor is. I do have a larger one but when I'm just doing small things I like to use this mini food processor because it doesn't really take up a lot of room, easy to clean and I just think it works really, really well. So it has two functions, a chop and a grind function. So I like to make nut butter. So with the grind function I can throw in some almonds, throw in some peanuts and then you have fresh almond butter or peanut butter which is great. The chop function is so great for chopping vegetables like onions without the tears. It's a really, really great function for that. I like to make pesto as well. There's so many things you can make in this. Today I'm going to use it just to chop up some bananas. I'm making banana muffins and instead of using a fork I'm going to just throw them in the food processor so there's no lumps in my banana muffins. So I'll show you how easy it is to use. Okay so I have my bananas in there and I'm just going to put the lid on. It locks in place and then I'm going to press chop. And I have that perfect consistency for my muffins. Perfect. So I'm really happy with the consistency of my bananas. They're perfect for my muffins. I just love this food processor so much. It makes these little tasks that you have to do in the kitchen so much easier and it's just three pieces to clean after so small. You can throw them in the dishwasher or hand clean them as well. So it's just the Cuisinart mini prep food processor is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It takes up no space at all. It's just the great, it's great for any little small job you need to do in the kitchen for easy, easy cleanup. And so I hope you enjoy this as much as I do and that's my point of view.
