Transcript
Hi guys, I'm just here to share with you my absolute favorite cooking pot. This is a Cuisinart Dutch oven. It's very very heavy because it's made out of cast iron. It's got a wonderful enamel finish so nothing sticks in it. This particular size is a 5 quart or a 4.8 liter. They do come in different sizes and different colors. I just happen to like red so this is why I chose this. I've had this for a while. The finish is great. It washes up great. What I absolutely love about it is you can use it on your stovetop. I do roasts in there. I can do stews in there. I can do soups but you can also throw it in your oven. So to finish stuff off, to broil it, to braise it, it is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it and our whole family enjoys what comes out of it but that's just our point of view.
