Cuisinart Chopper Machine

Hi, this is Cara with WTI and this is a Cuisinart Chopper and Grinder. And I love the way it makes my salsa because it doesn't liquefy them, it makes them choppy and that's the way I love my salsa. I love to taste that tomato or jalapeno. I love that texture. And also have you ever found yourself with a recipe that needs a ground ingredient, probably in a spice. And you have it but in whole. It has happened to me like a lot. So with this device, it has helped me a lot because like you can see I did a cinnamon stick, I had a pepper corn and I was able to ground them and I have them now ready to go. And not only spices but also dried chiles. I ground some chile de arbol in guajillo and I made this really good salsa. It was super spicy. My husband loved it. And that's it. It was so easy and simple. And that's my point of view.
