Hi everyone, this is Heidi with WTI and this Cryo-Max cold pack is such great quality. I love how it works and I love the size. It's excellent for me to use on my back or I can even use it on my knees, which I do often after a workout. And the ice pack, I just keep it in the freezer so it's ready to use when I need it. And I love that the cover is separate and washable and the Velcro straps are excellent to be able to hold it in place. So it stays where I put it. The little pockets in the ice pack make it nice and easy to bend if I'm putting it around my knee. And we find this Cryo-Max cold pack a must have in our house. We reach for it often and it's so convenient to have it in the size and that's our point of view.
