It has options for temperature based on what I'm doing, whether I'm making a certain kind of tea or if I'm brewing coffee. But the thing I really love the most about it is how quickly it heats up. It's quiet, but it will hold the temperature for me. So you simply hold the temperature, that hold temperature button, and it's going to stay at the temperature you need it to. So that is the sound the tea kettle makes when it has reached temperature. It's not whistling, it's just three little beeps to let you know. And I love that hold temperature feature. So I make a choice and the kettle is going to keep it at the temperature I've asked it to. So it's beautiful and versatile. I also love the fact that the interior is stainless steel. So I know it's going to last me a long time. And I find that it heats up very quickly. And it looks really cute on my countertop. I also love the safety feature of the fact that it will turn off if it boils dry. So I don't have to worry if I forget the kettle, if something disastrous is going to happen. So this is a great little electric tea kettle. And that is my point of view.
