They are skateboard mounts or you could really use it for anything, guitars, anything you want a wall mount. I had the great idea to hang his skateboards to save space for storage and also because I think it looks really cool. Here's what I did. So this is how I used the hooks in my son's room. I mounted his skateboards to the wall. It was very easy. Let me show you up close. We just used the four screws that came with them and the four wall anchors and we were able to hang all four of these hooks up in about 20 minutes. Another great thing about these is that they are just the right depth so that the wheels don't touch or rub against the wall as you can see here. So they're heavy duty mounts but they have this sponge hook so that nothing gets damaged. I think they're the perfect size. They worked out great for what I wanted to do with them and I highly recommend but that's just my point of view.
