This is a really great machine that I like using when I want to work out my upper back, my shoulders, my arms. It's also really great if you want to track how many calories you're burning. The features that I use the most on this machine are the time, calories per hour, and how many calories I'm burning. There are 10 different resistance settings, 10 being the most challenging. I would say on 10, you'd have to row about two to three times in order to burn about one calorie. I really love the adjustable straps for your feet. This is a great feature so that your feet stay in place. As you can see, it's a really simple and easy to use machine. Honestly, anybody can use this machine. It's great because no matter what the weather is, you can get some exercise in. You don't have to be rowing outside on a lake. One of the best things about this machine is that you can pick it up and move it anywhere because it has wheels. Anybody can do this in your home or at a gym. This is an awesome machine that I'm really glad that my gym has, but that's just my point of view.
