Let me show you how I make a roller real quick. So to make a roller first I add the essential oils of choice. In this case I'm going to make a roller for sleep support so I'm adding lavender and stress away and I add from 15 to 30 or even sometimes even 40 drops depending how strong I want it and then I just fill it up with Fractionated Coconut Oil to dilute the oils. This saves you on your essential oils and it makes them last a longer time. And that's how you make a roller. So let me show you the consistency of this oil. As you can see it is not thick at all.
