I am Mark with Wtools Inside and I just wanted to give you my point of view on these smokers. This is the Char-Broil Smoker. These guys have been around for over 70 years so they are not going anywhere. Quality parts. I have had this for over 2 years. I love it. So it is an electric smoker. Adjustable dials. Whatever you want. You want 250 which is what I work at but you can go up to 500 I believe. Again this is a nice model. I like this one. These are easy to work with. The size of the grills are small enough that you can just throw them in a dishwasher and it keeps these things clean. Look at these. It is like they are brand new. Easy to remove. Also comes with the tray at the bottom. These come out as your wood chips and then your liquid. Again this all comes apart. You can throw this in a dishwasher and then your top tray so you can catch all the grease. Grease might fall lower and then it has a bottom grease trap. Easy to use. You just set your dial and walk away. Really come back 6 hours, add a little bit more wood. Come back another. Well as long as your meat that you want to smoke at is usually 12 hours for me. I do often I do pork bites. Nice piece of equipment. Trust the reviews. I like it. But again that is just my point of view.
