So for the longest time it was just coffee in K-Pods and now they have really expanded their collection to include tea as well. So this is a herbal tea that is caffeine free that is the standard Celestial Sleepy Time blend. So I've used this multiple times as a tea bag right before bed. So sometimes though if I'm going somewhere I don't want to have to worry about the tea bag so that's where this comes in and you can go ahead and brew that perfect amount of tea just from the pods. So easy peasy, pop it in your thing and you are good to go. So I love this brand, Celestial. They make many different herbal teas and just regular teas and they are fantastic. So I love it and that is my point of view.
