CDEN Dumbbell Set

Hi, it's Hannah with WTI. If you're like me, you're trying to get in shape, lose a little weight, build some muscles. So I've been wanting a good pair of hand weights and this pair by CDEN is really nice. I really enjoy using it as has my son. What I love the most about it, it is adjustable. So it goes, if you take out all of the metal blocks, it goes down to about 2.2 pounds. And if you have all of the blocks, the metal blocks in it, they're 11 pounds. So quite a variety. So you can do quite a variety of exercises or different strengths for different people in your family. But you only have to have two weights. You don't have to have a whole set. It's really easy to switch them out. You just unscrew the ends and adjust how many blocks you want and screw the end back on. It has this really nice rubbery grip. So they're easy to hold on to. So whether you want to have them vertical or horizontal, they're easy to hold on to. You don't have to worry about dropping them. If you wanted to hold them with a hand on just one weight on either side and use them, they would be really good for that as well because the rubber is on the ends too.
