I have had this cookbook for several years and I really love using this for ideas on making a healthy and quick dinner. I really appreciate that this book includes pictures for each of the recipes because I really want to know what it's supposed to look like or at least give me an idea of what I'm making and it just helps me when I'm planning my meals to know what I want to make. So I love that this book has a lot of different options for meat recipes, poultry, fish and seafood, even vegetarian recipes and I really appreciate too that there is a list of substitutions so you can easily make a swap if you don't have an ingredient and there's also metric information and just general ideas and easy tips and tricks on making delicious recipes that have less fat calories and sodium. So I would definitely check out this cookbook and that's my point of view.
