So this has been an ongoing problem with my daughter for a very very long time and this is one of the products that really works for us. You can take it on a daily basis. It doesn't taste much like anything kind of just like an electrolyte powder so very very little taste and you just mix it in with your cup and this has worked for my daughter. It has cut the lifespan of the canker sore which is amazing and that the severity of the canker sores is not that bad either because it has such a mild mild taste. I do add a little apple juice or orange juice in my cup for my daughter to drink and she takes it down no problem and loves it. I highly recommend it but that's just my point of view.
