Cambom Grease Container

Hi, this is Stacy with WTI. Are you looking to reuse your bacon grease? Believe me, it is delicious in future meals. This container from Cambom is perfect for storing all of your bacon grease. The container has a saucer at the bottom, so once you pour in your bacon grease, it's nice and safe on your countertop. The entire container is heat proof, including the handle which is made of a Bakelite plastic as well as the knob on top. Now in the past, I stored my bacon grease in a container, but I didn't know that I had to keep food particles out. That's actually what makes the bacon go bad a little bit faster. Thanks to this container, it has a strainer at the top, keeping all of your food particles out, so you're getting just pure bacon grease at the bottom. The container is generously sized. You can see it holds six cups, so it's actually much bigger than it appears in the picture. And it's absolutely delicious when you want to reuse it. You just scoop a little bit out of the bottom and add it to your pan. I love using my bacon grease for roasted vegetables, and also I use it to make my turkey bacon, so I'm getting the best of both worlds, healthy and delicious.
