Hi, this is Jackie with WTI and this is how I calm the chaos in my mind. This journal was a gift to me by one of my friends and I love it so much. Ever since she sent it to me, I have used it and it truly does help to get all of the things, the chaos in our minds at the end of the day out of our heads and onto a page so that I can just sleep better and not worry about things. So I had heard about journaling but I never really got into it. This book makes it so much easier because I'll show you. It shows today and then it just has little things that ask you questions and you mark them off and answer the questions and then it'll ask you an act of kindness I did for someone else was and then you write your answer. My most memorable moment of the day was you write your answer. I am grateful for and you write your answer and then you write for tomorrow different goals that you're going to have that are really nice and simple. My purpose is to be I will make time for and a courageous conversation I need to have is this. It seems so simple but it really has helped me so much and it's just really fun. Like you can see you get to check off the mark how many hours of sleep you had and if you went outside that day and all these different things and it just it helps to like I said get all of those things out of your mind and onto the page. And studies do show that when you journal before you go to sleep and write like a list of what you have to do the next day it helps you to sleep better because you're not thinking all night and processing those things. You've put it somewhere and you're gonna get to it. So what I do is I'll write down at night fill out the one page and then for the tomorrow I put my list of whatever I'm gonna do and then I get to that the next morning. I wake up and I look at it and you know it just it really helps me. I've also given this as a gift to several different friends so anyway I enjoy it. The Calm the Chaos journal it's a daily practice for more peaceful life and I agree with that and that's my opinion and that's my point of view.
