This is Brittany with WTI and coming at you with a wonderful way to stay hydrated with this gallon jug. It is so convenient. It has this wrist strap that you can easily carry it around so that you can juggle multiple things or it also has the built in handle as well, which is also fantastic. I usually rotate between the two. It not only, so it's a gallon jug, but it also has times throughout to help you stay on track so that you can kind of see where you're at with your daily water intake. Not only that, but you also get a little pep talk. You have your built in cheerleader with your jug as you carry it around. This is how the lid works. It is with a straw. So it's one handed hydration pops up your straw. Then you're able to just. Chug away as you need. It's so nice and convenient to have it with you, especially if you're out running around. You don't want to get dehydrated by any means. Also, it does come in a ton of colors. This one is the black ombre and I love it because I'm a huge black and white fan and so this goes with everything and that's my point of view.
