Hi, this is Kat from WTI. I finally tried out Buffs since I've been running and I really love them. They're awesome. So a Buff is basically a piece of fabric that will wrap around your head. Let me show you. So you can have it just down like this and it's like a scarf. You can pull it up around your face, around your nose, around your ears. Like that. You can even put it over your head like this for a lot of coverage. So the point of these is while you're running in colder weather, this just keeps the wind chill off of your face. And it's not like a regular scarf that's flapping around or you have to worry about it falling off or twisting. It's so easy. It's also very light. So you can layer these up if you want more coverage, warmer coverage. This color is also night blue. That's my point of view.
