Our Point of View on the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbell From Amazon

Hey, I'm Sarah with WTI and I have in my hand a Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbell. So this is an incredibly handy dumbbell because it has a selector weight which means you can make it as heavy or as light as you want without having the clutter of a ton of different dumbbells in your gym. I'm going to show you up close what I mean. So here's the Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbell. So what that means is I can go right over here and I can adjust the weight. So I can turn it into just by dialing it in, I can turn it into a 15 pound weight. I can dial it back to 20, I can make it 30. So as you can see all the different possibilities, all here within this one dumbbell. So instead of having a rack of different weights or different dumbbells, I have it all in one compact piece. That is just incredibly useful and space saving when it comes to your home gym. I just think that's a really great addition, especially if you are a couple or you have more than one person who's working out. You know, sometimes we like lighter weights for one thing, some people like heavier weights. This dumbbell has it all literally. I also want to point out how the Bowflex weight has a nice comfortable grippy handle there, which makes it easy to grip. And I think that's really important when lifting weight. Obviously you want to have something that's got some comfort there in the grip. And that is my point of view.
