Hello, I'm Katie with WTI and today this is my point of view on the Blue Yeti Microphone. Now this is a great beginner microphone for recording. I bought mine for recording vocals, but it has four vocal settings so it can be used in a variety of ways including narration or podcasting. It comes with its own stand, but as you can see I have mine mounted on a little mini recording booth. It's not too heavy and it has a slot underneath where you can plug in your microphone so you can listen to your vocals as you are recording. So all in all this is such a great microphone and that is my point of view.
