Hey there, I'm Sarah with WTI and this is a battery operated spotlight. It's a set of two I have found to be very handy to have in my house. I'm really impressed with how bright this spotlight is and the fact that it is really adjustable. I can really put it wherever I need to aim the light and it folds flat so it would also be easy to travel with if you wanted to take something with you just so that you have a better reading light even when you're traveling. So it's just really useful, really bright and I love the fact that it is an LED and that it's battery operated. So if you're looking for a portable bright spotlight, one that has lots of adjustability that folds down and stores pretty flat and is battery operated, also an LED, I think you'll find this to be a very useful light. I know I have. I keep one next to my bedside table so that I'm able to aim it at my book and read at night without disturbing my husband. I also keep one in the bathroom for an emergency if we lose power. So a really handy, very bright, useful light and that is my point of view.
